Winter is almost here and we’re sure you are itching to hit the slopes.

In no time you’ll be sailing down sheets of white powder at one of Colorado’s best ski resorts.

Whether you’re hitting some of the highest jumps at Breckenridge or deepest bowls at Keystone, make sure to catch it all on video.

Outpost Sunsport is excited to announce we will be hosting our first ever video contest.

The contest will begin rolling out on Nov. 11 and voting will officially begin on Dec. 1. Contestants are asked to submit their skiing or snowboarding videos on the Outpost Sunsport Facebook page, www.facebook.com/outpostsunsport, or to email [email protected] so that an Outpost Sunsport employee can arrange to post it to the Facebook page.

There will be two rounds of voting, the first ending on Dec. 31 and the second ending on Jan. 31. The final round will begin on Feb. 1, and there will be 15 days of voting. Finalist videos as well as the Grand Prize winner will be chosen based on the number of “likes” their video receives on the Facebook page.

The Grand Prize winner will be announced on Feb. 15 and will be awarded with a $100 Gift Card as well as a brand new GoPro (a $400 value). The winning video will also play at the opening of the 2012 Warren Miller film at the Lincoln Center.
