Rentals

What time can I pick up and return my rentals?

Pick up after 3:00 pm the day before you ski/ride; return by 12:00 pm (noon) the day after.

Do multi-day rentals get a discount?

Yes, each additional day is 20% off the first-day rate.

What’s included in adult ski packages?

  • Sport Package: skis + Salomon S/Pro boots + poles

  • Premium Package: performance skis + Salomon S/Pro boots + poles

  • Demo Package: demo skis/snowboard + boots + bindings + poles (as applicable)
    Pricing is listed by 1st day / extra day / weekly.

Do you rent snowboards and cross-country gear?

Yes—Snowboard Package (board + bindings + BOA boots) and Cross Country Package (Rossignol BC 80 + NNN BC boots + poles).

Do you offer kids’ rentals?

Yes, Kids (12 & under) ski and snowboard packages with Sport and Premium options; boots-only and gear-only rates available.

Can I apply demo fees toward a ski purchase?

Yes, up to $80 credit toward regular-priced skis; must be redeemed by Feb 15. There’s also a Demo Punch Card (3 demo ski-only rentals) available.

Do you rent helmets or poles separately?

Yes—adult and kids season packages with basic/performance/demo tiers; season insurance is $20.

Tuning & Repair

What tune packages do you offer and what’s included?

  • Silver Tune: ceramic side edge + machine wax (no base work)

  • Gold Tune: ceramic bottom & side edge + IR wax (no base work)

  • Platinum Tune: belt & stone grind, minor base repair (HRP), ceramic bottom/side edge base restructure, and IR wax.

Do you mount bindings?

Yes—Ski Mount & Prep services are available, with discounted pricing when you purchase skis/bindings; binding adjustment & function test is free with a binding mount.

What wax options are available?

InfraRed (IR) wax and machine hot wax services are offered.

Can you repair core shots and edges?

Yes, core shots are priced per inch (Platinum Tune required); edge repairs available by quote.

Is there a season-long tune plan?

Yes, Performance Agreement Cards include 2 Platinum Tunes + 8 Silver Tunes; a special rate applies when purchased with ski & binding purchases.
