In the world of outdoor living spaces, Memorial Day is THE most important holiday of the year. Take this day off to remember those who have fought for our freedom, gather with friends and family and celebrate the start of summer…all while relaxing on your best-of-the-best patio furniture from Outpost of course. While the burgers and hotdogs are on the grill, here are a few patriotic drinks we found that you can serve to your Memorial Day party guests:
This fruity drink is sweet, zippy and pretty much everything great about summer. Mix all the layers up individually and pour one on top of the other. Get recipe.
Also a 4th of July favorite, this one is about as easy as it comes. No blender required!
The perfect party pleaser, this patriotic sangria presents well and looks delicious too. Just combine the following ingredients, stir and chill.
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Pineapple, cut into star shapes
2 bottles dry white wine
1 cup Triple Sec
1/2 Cup berry-flavored vodka
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup simple syrup

Cool off with this cocktail on the rocks and enjoy the sweet blueberry flavor. Just combine all ingredients and stir!
1 1/2 oz. Hennessy V.S.
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. St-Germaine
Handful of blueberries
1 mint sprig (garnish)

Watermelon and Memorial Day go together like peanut butter and jelly. Stir these ingredients together and then garnish with a watermelon slice.
1 1/4 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
2 oz. watermelon juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
Ginger ale
