It’s that time of year again, when the days are hot, and the nights are just cool enough to enjoy a nice fire in your brand-new firepit. But what fun is a bonfire without s’mores? Here are some of our favorite s’mores recipes if you are looking for a fun spin on the famous classic!
Grasshopper S’mores
This s’more variation, while it may seem a little weird, offers the same dessert you know and love with a peppermint surprise.
What you’ll need
Graham crackers
Marshmallows
York Peppermint Patties
OR
Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies
Marshmallows
Instructions
Roast your marshmallow however you like it.
Prepare the graham crackers and, just like you would a piece of chocolate, put the peppermint patty on the graham cracker. If you are using Thin Mint cookies, these will act as your graham crackers and peppermint patty.
Place the marshmallow in between two graham crackers and a peppermint patty, or two Thin Mint cookies, and pull the marshmallow off your stick.

Reese’s S’mores
If you love peanut butter, this is the recipe for you!
What you’ll need
Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups – the larger, the better. Bite-sized ones don’t work as well.
Instructions
Roast your marshmallow however you like it.
Prepare the graham crackers and, just like you would a piece of chocolate, put the peanut butter cup on the graham cracker.
Place the marshmallow in between two graham crackers and the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and pull the marshmallow off your stick.

Salted Carmel S’mores
This is a great recipe if you love the popular fall flavor year-round.

Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Ghirardelli’s Salted Caramel Chocolate Squares
Instructions
Roast your marshmallow however you like it.
Prepare the graham crackers and, just like you would a piece of chocolate, put the salted caramel square on the graham cracker.
Place the marshmallow in between two graham crackers and the Ghirardelli’s Salted Caramel Chocolate Squares and pull the marshmallow off your stick.
