Q: What’s your favorite winter product sold at Outpost Sunsport? 

A: My favorite winter product is the 4D Mag Goggle from Smith.

Q: Why do you like this product so much? 

A: I love this product because of its unique design. The design brings Smith’s widest field of view and sharpest optics, which work together to give you the best possible read on the terrain. Add in the quick and easy lens change technology, and you’ve got the only goggle you need for riding in any condition. 

Q: How does this product work?

A: The mag lens change system uses magnets for quick, easy lens changes. ChromaPop lenses enhance contrast and natural color to make the details pop. Normally, the retina has trouble perceiving the difference between blue/green and red/green light. ChromaPop filters these specific crossovers, allowing greater definition, natural color, and clarity.  BirdsEye Vision clarifies the riders in your periphery with its wide field of view.  The anti-fog inner lens is another amazing feature!

Q: What does maintenance look like for this product?

A:   As with all gear, it’s important to maintain your goggles to keep them in good condition. Keep the outer lens safe from damage, and clean it with a microfiber cloth. It’s also important to take careful care of the anti-fog feature on the inner lens. I recommend only using microfiber cloth to gently clean and dry your lenses.
